I would suggest that the employee uses an action plan to continue with positive attitude. Also since the employee has passed reviews, to advance in progress with promotions in the company. It relates to this situation because for the most part the employee is happy at the job. She can demonstrate these skills in an action plan by being more involved in conferences, presentations, and meetings.
